Job Description

• Manage the site inspections during the construction phase of projects process, ensuring all mechanical installations are approved without delays.
• Manage the execution of Mechanical systems’ layout: Fire-fighting, piping, plumbing and HVAC systems etc.
• Proactively resolve on-site technical non-conformities by proposing code-compliant solutions.
• Review and optimize shop drawings and technical submittals, and create technical reports and project documentation.
• Ensure Mechanical systems comply with required technical specifications and safety standards.
• Manage site activities and subcontractor schedules to ensure strict adherence to project timelines and system maintenance requirements.
• Analyze Bill of Quantities for project, follow up on project requirements, and provide precise technical specifications for procurement to ensure timely site delivery.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ Years of experience in the same job role.
• Previous experience in HVAC and Fire-fighting systems is a must.
• Proficiency in software applications: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office ..etc.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Have a high commitment level
• Good command of English language.
